When MRC acknowledges your instruction, the email includes a private link for that case.
It shows where your case is
Each stage of MRC's work, from records received to return, and the date it's due back.
It keeps your client private
The page shows your reference and your client's initials, never their name or any medical detail.
It closes when the work is done
The link stops working 30 days after the case is returned, so it can't linger in an inbox.
