Got What it Takes?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end journey of client case files

  • Liaise with solicitors, case handlers, experts, and internal teams to progress cases

  • Maintain and update case tracking logs, schedules, and digital systems

  • Monitor turnaround times and prioritise urgent or time-sensitive matters

  • Organise medical records for processing, scanning, and digital collation

  • Provide friendly and professional client communication via phone and email

  • Support internal workflows and contribute to the smooth running of daily operations

  • Identify and escalate issues proactively to ensure service continuity

 

Key Skills & Experience:

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Exceptionally organised and detail-focused

  • Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities

  • A clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn bespoke systems

  • Calm under pressure and solutions-focused

  • Experienced in administrative, coordination, or customer support roles

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a busy team

  • Friendly, approachable, and motivated to support clients and colleagues
