Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the end-to-end journey of client case files

Liaise with solicitors, case handlers, experts, and internal teams to progress cases

Maintain and update case tracking logs, schedules, and digital systems

Monitor turnaround times and prioritise urgent or time-sensitive matters

Organise medical records for processing, scanning, and digital collation

Provide friendly and professional client communication via phone and email

Support internal workflows and contribute to the smooth running of daily operations

Identify and escalate issues proactively to ensure service continuity
