Chronologies and Summaries: We provide detailed chronologies and summaries of medical records to assist with case preparation. After we have sorted your records, we will provide you with a medical chronology containing a factual, concise and informative medical timeline of the claimant’s relevant medical history. Our chronologies include relevant visits to their GP, relevant hospital and outpatient clinics, inpatient stays and any comments from the treating medical provider regarding the cause of the injury.
- Memo: With every Chronology, you’ll receive a Memo as well which details: Any missing, incomplete or illegible records, a brief summary of the case, an outline of the salient medical aspects of the case, the relevant type of specialist you may wish to instruct & questions our analysts believe you may wish to ask your expert’s opinion on.
- Radiology: We sort your radiology images into order and add notes as well as a summary.

Missing Records: We can work directly with healthcare providers to obtain all relevant medical records for your case. This includes medical notes, diagnostic reports, and any other relevant documentation. We will also highlight any missing records for you.
